Privacy Policy

Designquik Studio processes information that authorized users add to a workspace, including account and team information, contacts, websites, domains, forms, submissions, campaigns, and customer conversations. The public website and authenticated platform may also process standard technical information such as page views, referrers, UTM parameters, browser details, request logs, and product-usage events where configured.

When a user chooses Google Sign-In, Google provides the basic account information needed to authenticate the user, such as a stable account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when available.

Designquik Studio does not request Gmail API access and cannot read, synchronize, send, delete, label, archive, or otherwise modify messages in a user's Gmail mailbox.

Google Sign-In data is used to authenticate the user, create or locate the correct Designquik account, display basic profile information, maintain account security, and route the user to the workspace they are authorized to access.

Google Sign-In data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, for advertising, or for data-broker purposes.

Designquik Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with the user's affirmative permission for a specific support request, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, or when required by law.

Google user data is shared only with infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate a visible user-requested feature, protect the service, comply with law, or complete a business transfer after any consent required by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Designquik Studio uses Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In so users can authenticate without sharing their Google password with us. Designquik does not store a Gmail OAuth refresh token. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored on Google Cloud and Firebase services that provide encryption at rest.

Firebase Authentication, tenant-based authorization rules, server-side authorization checks, least-privilege API scopes, restricted production access, and provider logging are used to limit access to authorized workspace members and service processes. We review permissions and take reasonable measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

Basic Google Sign-In account information is retained while the Designquik account remains active so the user can authenticate and access the correct workspace.

Limited operational, security, and deletion-audit records are retained only for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, service security, legal obligations, or documenting a completed deletion.

A user can revoke Designquik Studio's Google Sign-In access from the security or third-party connections page of their Google Account. Revocation prevents future Google Sign-In until the user authorizes it again, but it does not automatically delete the Designquik account.

A workspace owner can delete the workspace from account settings. Workspace deletion removes the workspace's active database records, stored files, connected-domain records, and associated account data. A user may also request deletion of stored Google Sign-In data by emailing designquik@gmail.com from the account email address and identifying the affected workspace. We verify the request and complete deletion from active systems as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after verification, unless retention is legally required.

Designquik Studio uses service providers such as Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, hosting, file storage, secrets, and operational infrastructure. Depending on features selected by a workspace, the platform may also use email, SMS, AI, analytics, and other technology providers. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service and are expected to protect it under their applicable agreements.

You can use email-and-password authentication instead of Google Sign-In and can choose not to connect optional services such as SMS. Workspace owners control which team members may access workspace information and are responsible for the information they add and the communications they send.
