These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Designquik Studio. By using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful business purposes.
Use of the Platform
You are responsible for the information, contacts, messages, forms, websites, and other content you create or manage in Designquik Studio. You must have the right to use any information you upload or connect.
Connected Services
Designquik Studio may let you connect third-party services such as SMS providers, print providers, or AI tools. Your use of those services is also governed by the applicable third-party terms and permissions you approve.
Messaging and Compliance
You are responsible for complying with applicable email, SMS, marketing, privacy, and consent laws. Do not send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized communications through the platform.
Account Security
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs in your workspace and for limiting access to authorized team members.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate and improve Designquik Studio. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but availability is not guaranteed at all times.
